NATURE IN ROBOTS
Multimedia, immersive and interactive exhibition between art and science
By nature, we copy nature.
And in doing so, we know it better.
We have always observed and attempted to reproduce natural phenomena. From cave paintings to sculpture, from traditional songs to models in theoretical physics.
This is well known by those who work in bioinspiration and invent robots by taking inspiration from the living organisms.

The exhibition was born within the European GrowBot project and thanks to the contribution of the European I-Seed project coordinated by the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), as well as being an outreach activity for the I-Wood project financed by the European Research Council in Barbara Mazzolai, Associate Director for Robotics at IIT and head of the Bioinspired Soft Robotics Laboratory at IIT in Genoa.
